So I accidentally left my sandwich bread dough out…
✅ Overnight on the porch
✅ Then 24 hours in the fridge
✅ Then… another 24 hours because #MomLife 😅

I finally baked it — brushed it with butter, wrapped it to stay soft…
Came back from the park and BOOM — my husband had already eaten it 😭

But plot twist:
🔥 He said it was the best bread I’ve ever made
🔥 It was soft, fluffy, not gummy, and beautifully tall
🔥 Only downside? A bit more sour than usual… but still 10/10

Lesson learned: Always bake the dough. Even the forgotten ones.
