Woodturning - Yew Log to Vase

Here I turn a Yew log into a vase that won't hold much water .. I wasn't sure where I was going with this piece just mounted it up and went along for the ride !!
I finished it with a coat of light oak stain to help the colour pop and a couple of coats of Osmo oil ..
