Karen Eckmeier is a guest of Sheryl Borden, the host and producer of the PBS KENW-tv3 show “Creative Living” demonstrating how a village magically appears starting with basic shapes, the addition of roof tops and windows. A layer of netting (fine tulle) and quilting hold the raw edges of the fabric in place.
