Die Rübelandbahn im Harz ist bis heute ein interessantes Reiseziel. Das Besondere sind nicht nur die vielen Neigungen, sondern auch die Stromversorgung mit 25 KV und 50 Hertz. Die alten E 251 sind längst von der Bildfläche verschwunden. Heute fahren hier moderne Diesel- und Elloks.
