- 6 huevos M
- 1 pizca de sal
- 200gr de azúcar (1 taza)
- Ralladura de 1 limon pequeño o 1/2 limón grande
- 250gr de harina todo uso (2 tazas)
- 8gr de levadura química o polvo de hornear (1/2 sobre = 1cda)
