Hammer Forming A Toe Board Using Ultracal 30 - 016

In this video I fabricate a toe board out sheet metal using a hammer form made of Ultracal 30. When my ususal source for reproduction parts was unable to supply a toe board for this classic 1967 Ford Fairlane, I found that the manufacturer no longer had them in stock. I felt my only option was to fabricate my own.
