"Near, far, wherever you are..."

Following the response to my Elvis cover, I wanted to take on another legendary melody. This time a live, one-take performance of "My Heart Will Go On" from the Titanic soundtrack.

For this recording, I kept things as simple and pure as possible—no compression, no drive pedals. Just the natural, "quacky" response of the Fender Stratocaster straight into my Vox Pathfinder amp.

This one was all about the "fingers-to-speaker" connection and finding that vocal soul in the melody.
