AllPowers S2000 Power Station Review - 1500W Battery | 2000WH Inverter - But What Can It Really Run

I test out the Allpowers S2000 portable power station to see if I can get extra days off grid using this power pack and solar setup.
Hot water and cooking are our main needs for us when touring in our all-electric motorhome setup.
We will be using the Allpowers S2000 when our normal motorhome battery setup gets too low and there's little sun to replenish it.
I test it out using real life test and discover some interesting results.
