The juice from 1/2 of a lime
1/2 tsp of agave
1 1/2 cups of shredded oyster mushrooms

Cabbage Slaw
1/3 cup of shredded purple cabbage
2 tbsps of green onion
1/2 of cucumber shredded
2 tbsp of fresh cilantro
1 tsp of chili crunch oil
1/2 tsp rice vinegar
1/4 tsp of teriyaki sauce

1 cup of almond milk
3/4 cup of rolled oats
1 tbsp of brown sugar or a brown sugar substitute
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
A pinch of salt

Caramelized Apples
2 apples, diced
2 tsp of coconut oil
2 tsp of brown sugar or brown sweetener
1 tsp of cinnamon

✿ Breakfast Bagel
1 everything bagel

Marinated mushrooms
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp liquid coconut aminos
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp agave
3/4 tsp nutritional yeast
1 large portobello mushroom
Olive oil for cooking

Eggs
1/4 cup of sliced red onions
1 cup kale
1/3 cup of liquid vegan egg
1/4 tsp Kala namak salt (black salt)
Season with salt and pepper
2 tbsp of shredded vegan cheese

Vegan cream cheese
3 tbsp of vegan cream cheese
3/4 tsp of everything bagel seasoning
1/2 tsp of an herb blend
1/4 tsp dried parsley
