James Last orchestra: "Was Ich Dir Sagen Will", v. studio 2004 versus live R.A.H ´78.

Albums:

1.- "elements of James Last, vol. 1" (2004).

2.- "Violins in Love" (1974).

"The album tribute to James Last: "Elements of James Last, vol.1" (2004) as the album: "James Last plays ABBA, vol.1" (2001) remained in a single volume. Although for all I know, the "elements of James Last", the realization of a second volume was quite advanced. In most cases they are economic reasons (sales). Neither album nor other sold as many copies as to think of other volumes. In my opinion, the album "elements ..." is quite well achieved with respect to the arrangements and has the singular information of the participation of members of his orchestra in this tribute. Regarding his album ABBA: It is not very successful, however much they endeavor to play it always in concerts. Except for some song, I do not think it's a good album. Perhaps it would have been better with orchestra and singers and, please, less saxophone ... Most of the compositions are ruined. Without a doubt, the best saxophonist who has gone through the orchestra of James Last, professionalism, good work and charisma has been: Andy Macintosh ... When he performed a single ... "filled the atmosphere"."
