Rampart 101 - Part 1: Amped Cover (Rampart Guide - Apex Legends)

This is my attempt at making a comprehensive guide for Rampart in Season 8. I noticed a lot of thing missing from the other guides I've seen and I figured I'd give it a shot. This video (Part 1) only covers the Tactical ability and it's my first time making this kind of video. I struggled a bit with the audio, so I hope it's bearable. Thanks for watching!
