The best burger I’ve ever had
DUBAI BURGERS 7/20
This is the French Onion Burger, a collaboration between BedouinFoodie and Odéon, and it’s been cemented onto the menu because it’s that good.
The inspiration comes from France’s most iconic dish, French onion soup. They’ve taken everything people love about it and turned it into a burger experience. A thick 160g Angus beef patty seasoned simply with salt and pepper, basted with rosemary, garlic and butter, topped with caramelised onions and a generous layer of melted raclette cheese, all inside a freshly baked brioche bun which is dipped in juices from the beef and the butter before being toasted on the griddle.
The burger is served with an onion soup dip, so you can dunk every bite straight into rich, deeply flavoured French onion soup. Ya salaam. I don’t know where to begin.
The beef was unbelievably soft and juicy, the flavours were perfectly balanced, and every item felt like it belonged there. Nothing was overcomplicated. Just exceptional ingredients executed properly.
This is burger number 7 in my search for Dubai’s best burger and the first one to come with fries. It’s also the first burger in the series to score a perfect 10/10 🏆
We also tried a few other dishes from the menu, and the full restaurant review will be coming soon.
Weight: 11.7 ounces
Rating: 10/10
