Biscoff Brownie Bites | Fudgiest I've Ever Made!

Sharing a little baking experiment today! It’s my first time trying out these Biscoff Brownie Bites. I baked the brownie base ahead of time and spread the Biscoff while the brownie was still warm, it’s so much easier to get that smooth finish that way!

After letting them chill overnight, I sliced them into these cute bite-sized pieces and packed them into these dessert boxes. I think they look so pretty with the Lotus biscuit on top and that extra Biscoff drizzle.

These would be perfect for gifts or even just a treat for yourself. I’ll be posting the brownie recipe in a separate video soon, so keep an eye out for that!
