Very Ungrateful Naomi - if her attitude doesn't change we might stop helping

To put the record straight - Naomi was not raped, and she's not thirteen but fifteen. I'm not trying to justify what happened to her, but Naomi has absolutely no reason to behave so badly towards us, with all the help we've brought her with her baby. Naomi's mother, Mary, is one very selfish woman, who refuses counsel and chooses to do things her way, even wrong things. She hates her mother in law, who is obviously so happy for Naomi and her child Erika, who would help them more. We sent Naomi and the baby to grandma's house and Mary went and brought them back. We sent in counselors and she dismissed them. What shocked us is the fact that the diapers we brought them were not being used and Erika was so dirty, with white substance around her private parts. Naomi herself was smelling so bad for lack of washing, and her attitude was so repulsive. For a moment I personally felt defeated. Her negative attitude hit my bone and for a moment made me wonder what I was even doing there with these two ungrateful, non-understanding women? I know some who lack empathy and understanding upon us will come after me for saying these things but I have loaded my gun for them. These ungrateful families we try to help remove thunder from our passion and mess up our days. We leave their demon infested homes so frustrated, and it kills our morale. If this particular family is not going to change, we shall reduce our help and support. We shall ask Erika to direct her efforts elsewhere, to those who appreciate what's freely given to them. I have sent in counselors to talk to them for the very last time.
