Healing Your Wounded Feminine Energy Let Go Of Them Bags Sis
Healing your wounded feminine energy is a difficult task. We all, both men and women have dealt with our share of cheating, abuse and dishonest people. Through our personal experiences without realizing we have created space for our wounded feminine energy to take hold.

Wounded feminine or masculine energy comes from being lied to, abused, cheated on, disrespected, misunderstood, childhood relationships with friends, siblings and even parents. Most people believe that by holding onto this wounded energy that you are making others pay for what they have put you through. However it is truly you who are suffering as you bring those continued forms of wounded feminine or masculine energy into the next relationship with new friends, siblings as adults, your parents, coworkers or even your new .spouse. And you continue to lose.

Healing my own wounded feminine energy, helped me to be more assertive and believe in my own abilities . I hope by sharing what wounded feminine energy looks like and how we display it in our lives, as well as my own experience on how I became wounded and what I did to heal my feminine energy helps you guys.
