Thiago Silva tells Chelsea to stop signing new players and 'find a new strategy'

The Chelsea defender Thiago Silva believes the club have been wrong to sack managers this season and said players need to take responsibility.

His words come after Chelsea exited the Champions League following a 4-0 aggregate loss to Real Madrid in the quarter-finals. Silva said: 'There is always going to be someone upset because not everyone can play. The manager can only pick 11. From 30 something … we need to stop and put a strategy in place otherwise next season we could make the same mistakes'.
