Aj maie pakany ja rahi hoe qurbani kay Gosht ka yakhni Pulao . Koie smell nahi aye ge ish tara hum banye gay. Ish ko hum dahi, imli and hommade Masalay say cook karay gay. Deghi Style or taste maie zabrdast haie. Ap sub zaroor banaye. Aur mujay batye kasa bana insta maie share kary pic. Maie pressure cooker maie yakhni ready karoo ge. Ap full recipe end tak daikhy. 🍀1kg Basmati Rice (wash & soaked for 30 mins)
For Yakhni 👇
🍀1kg Mutton normal or small pieces with bone
🍀1 onion medium
🍀1/2 inch ginger piece
🍀5 to 6 garlic cloves
🍀1tsp shahi cumin
🍀1tsp cumin seeds
🍀1tbsp whole coriander
🍀1tsp corn pepper
🍀1 bay leaf
🍀6 to 8 cloves
🍀1 star anise
🍀1 cinnamon stick
🍀4 green cardamoms
🍀2 black cardamoms
🍀1 tsp salt or to taste
🍀1/2 tsp fennel
🍀6 cups water as needed
High to medium heat
Pressure for 20 to 25 mins
-Yakhni palou
🍀1 cup oil & 2 tbsp Desi ghee
🍀3 medium onions
🍀1 tbsp ginger & Garlic paste
🍀1/2 tsp cumin seeds
🍀1/2 cinnamon stick
🍀1tsp coriander powder
🍀1/2 tsp corn peppers
🍀5 to 6 cloves
🍀1 star anise
🍀6 to 8 green chilies paste or fresh
🍀2 medium tomatoes or paste
🍀1/2 cup yogurt
🍀20g imli seedless soaked with 1/2 cup water
🍀1 tsp red chili flakes
🍀3 cups Mutton yakhni and 2 cups water
🍀salt to taste

For Dum
High heat 3 mins then low heat for 12 to 15 mins.
