Active dry yeast 3g(1tsp)
Water 50ml
Honey 30g
RIpe banana 2(230g after peeling)
Olive oil 15g
Cranberries 60g

Honey 2tsp
water 1tsp

190 C /375 F bake for 25-30 minutes
全麦面粉280-300克
