Williams Syndrome, Gay and Proud
Debbie is diagnosed with Williams syndrome, a condition known to result in a happy personality. Bullied by her peers for years, she found a group of people who accepted her differences at church.
After realizing she is gay, Debbie suppressed her true self to please others. Today she is proud of her true identity and wants others to know “This is who I am and that is it.”
