these dorms are very recently built/ redone. Before us only 1 year of students lived here, hence the great condition of these dorms. I am very thankful, it's so lovely here... remove the constant fire alarms and people screaming next door it would be better.

this location brought me a huge wave of a dark depression. I hated the city environment. So if you prefer nature over cement I would reccomd the Loa Campus and not the Waterfront Lofts.
