घर पर आप भी बेहद आसानी से गार्डन में उगा सकती हैं लहसुन। जानिए कैसे।भारतीय भोजन में इस्तेमाल होने वाला एक अहम् इंग्रीडियंट है लहसुन। कई व्यंजन में अगर लहसुन नहीं डाला जाए, तो उसका स्वाद ही बेकार हो जाता है, और अगर सही मात्रा में डाला जाए तो उसका स्वाद चखने लायक होता है। कई लोग आज भी सब्जी में इस्तेमाल करने के साथ-साथ कई घरेलू उपचारों में भी इसका इस्तेमाल करते हैं। ऐसे में हर बार लहसुन को बाज़ार में खरीदकर लाने की ज़रूरत नहीं है, बल्कि आप इसे आसानी से घर पर भी उगा सकती हैं।बोतल मे लहसुन उगाने के लिए आपको लहसुन की कलियाँ, मिट्टी, खाद, रेत और प्लास्टिक की बोतल।
सबसे पहले आप लहसुन के कलियो का छिलका उतार ले उसके बाद 3 से 4 दीन तक लहसुन को एयरटाइट डिब्बे मे कर के रख दे। इस बात का ध्यान रखे की इस डिब्बे को ऐसी जगह रखे जहा धुप ना आए और लहसुन मे बड आ जाए। इसके बाद बोतल को साफ करे और अपने हिसाब से कुछ-कुछ दूरी पर बोतल मे छेद कर ले।इसके साथ ही बोतल के निच्चे भी छेद कर ले ताकी ड्रेनज अच्छा हो, इसके बाद बॉतल मे पोटीग मिक्स बरे जिसमे आप मिट्टी, रेत और खाद मिला सकते है। जब बोतल परा भर जाए तक इसका ढक्कन लगा दे, अब छेद मे किसी नुकीली चिज से मिटी मे गढा कर दे, इसके बाद इन गड्ढो मे एक एक करके लहसुन लगा दे, इसके बाद जरुरत के हिसाब से इसमे समय समय पर पानी देते रहे।इस बात का ध्यान रखे की बोतल को ऐसी जगह रखे जहा बोतल मे सिधे धुप लगे, और नियमित समय समय पर पानी डालते रहे। एक-डेढ़ महिने के अन्दर आपको लहसुन की हरि साग दिखने लगेगी पुरे लहसुन पाने के लिए आपको एक महिने का और इन्तजार करना परेगा।
