Check notes in PoB, this is endgame variant with MB and Svalinn, I included 2 variants of the build, there is many more combinations you could make with or without svalinn but this is most well rounded it can be I think.
I am using profane bloom FF jewels in this footage, you can incorporate them instead of Mistress of Sacrifice jewels.
I am also using more dmg passives and wither chaos mastery it helps clear to feel better a lot.
Strat is stacking 20% faster deli rewards on minor idols, I also have a few deli pack size minor idols, none of my idols are 2 mods.
Scarab setup is 2x mania 2x paranoia 1x breach, map device can be quant, extra breaches are not worth it for 6c, we are trying to speedclear to 21-23 rewards and go next map.
Fine delirium orbs are also good but looting takes more time and this build can't loot and do damage at the same time, I find stacked decks better in that regard, fine orbs have higher variance and probably better ROI.
Ideally if you care about div/hr you should clear up to certain point, I spent like a minute to go from 23-24 and it's not worth at all if you only care about currency.
Mods I don't run are cannot leech, less recovery rate, less cooldown recovery and hexproof, other mods are not that annoying (less effect of curses is bad if you have a lot of map effect).
