「一席一果」柠檬——水果入菜的鼻祖，一口酸爽的味蕾刺激【滇西小哥】

离家不远处有一片柠檬果园，老板说今年收成不好，也没请人采摘，一部分成熟掉落在地上，一部分挂在树上就烂了……我去摘了一箩筐回来，皮薄肉厚，清香浓郁，虽说柠檬是水果，在云南却是我们常备的酸味调料，就着这筐柠檬，把爱吃的都统统做一遍～

There's a lemon orchard near my home. The owner said it's not a harvest year so they didn't ask workers to help pick the fruits. Some lemons got ripe and dropped onto the ground and some began to rot while still hanging on the trees. I went to pick a basket of lemons. They have very thin peels and full juicy flesh with refreshing fragrance. Though lemons are fruits, we usually use them as a sour spice here in Yunnan. I made all my favorite dishes with the basket of lemons.
