Last Minute Gift and Quick Snack - Glazed Candied Pecans - simple, easy and done in about 5 minutes

Need a last minute gift idea? Want a quick snack? Or just want to add a little extra something to a salad ?

Glazed Candied Pecans!!! yummmm

It is simple, easy, and quick to make. It took me about 5 minutes. The key is to make a smaller batch. Using a large non-stick pan lets all the pecan spread out in a single layer so they all roast at the same time.

Recipe to my healthier version (less sugar)
2 cups - pecans
1/4 cup - sugar
less than 1/4 cup water (~2 tb) just enough to dissolve the sugar
3 dashes - cinnamon
small dash - cayenne pepper
pinch of salt
