Hey guys! In todays video I'm sharing a full day of eating for weight loss! On this particular day I am eating a total of 1200 calories. I do prefer to do low calorie but high protein meals! All of these meals are super realistic and easy! I do not cut out anything from my diet like carbs, fast food, sugar and dairy but I do make sure to eat these things in moderation. Im currently on a weight loss journey to lose 75 pounds! So far I'm down 24 pounds as of today! yay! Please don't forget to LIKE & SUBSCRIBE!

Breakfast:
1 large egg
20 g spinach
0.25 diced onions and bell peppers
200 g yellow potatoes
150 ml egg whites
1 tbs ketchup

Lunch:
1 extreme wellness tortilla
0.5 cup diced onion and bell peppers
3 oz chicken
0.25 cup shredded cheese
100 cal snack pack Pringles original

Dinner:
2 corn tortillas
3 oz pork carnitas (aldi)

Protein coffee:
8 oz Stok coffee (unsweet)
1 caramel protein shake
