InventoryLab: Match Box Labels Without Packing IDs (Weights, Packing Lists, and Safe Rollback)
This tutorial shows how to match FBA box labels to the correct boxes when Packing ID labels are missing or box numbers no longer align. You first verify if matching is unnecessary: identical contents, weights, and dimensions; or Box Contents off with same pack group and same dimensions. You then ensure each shipping label matches its box label by box number and destination.
When boxes differ, you use label weights to match boxes. When weights repeat and Box Contents is on, you print Packing Lists and map labels to contents. You read the Assigned to Box code such as P2 - B1 in the list and match it to the center code on each box label. You then pair the shipping label by matching box number and Ship To.
If none of these methods work, you safely roll back. You return to Find It within 24 hours for SPD or within 1 hour for LTL. You cancel shipments and partnered carrier charges automatically. You destroy any labels printed for the cancelled shipment. You prevent future issues by printing and applying Packing ID labels during Box It. Confidence returns; shipments move. https://www.threecolts.com/seller-365?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=s365-education&utm_content=vided
