Faux enamel cloisonne version1 - polymer clay tutorial 014

This is one of the versions of creating faux enamel cloisonne using polymer clay.

More about the glaze I'm using in this tutorial - it's called "Judikins Diamond Glaze". It's not a resin or a UV glaze, but it cures beautifully to a perfect transparency and glaze. The only thing is that it doesn't dome unless you apply several layers, and it takes a few hours for it to cure properly. It can be used with insertions, inks, pigments and mica powders with excellent results. Do NOT use a heat gun on it to speed curing, it will become cloudy!

Coming back to the art world after years of not being able to do much.
I still have some health issues and my hands don't always work like they should.
So sometimes I might show you how it's done but if I have a bad day, I probably won't do it perfectly.

Yes, no Etsy. I'm one of the many former Etsy-ers who went rogue because we didn't agree with Etsy's new policies.
