Ofisa he motu is a fun and lightheart song to growing up with the expectations of a parent for his/her child to succeed through school and gain an office job.

However, the child does not meet the expectation and is instead finds his office in the outdoors.

Today, many Niueans work both indoors and outdoors. Indoors from 8-4 and outdoors at all other hours.

The phrase ‘ofisa’ is known among the locals as bush, plantation or any outdoor work with nature.
