the Board of Education accept as a Second and Final Reading the following revised policies which
were reviewed by the Board Policy Subcommittee:

Recommendation: Motion by Lorna Thomas-Farquharson and Jason Gagnon that the Board of
Education accept as a Second and Final Reading the following revised policy which was reviewed
by the Board Policy Subcommittee:

5560: Restorative Practices Response

V. New Business
A. Appropriation of Non-lapsing Unexpended Education Funds Account to the Fiscal Year
2025-2026 Budget
Recommendation: THAT the Board of Education adopt a revised 2025-2026 budget of
$214,051,800 by appropriating funds available in the Non-lapsing Unexpended Education Funds
account and making the following modification to the previously adopted 2025-2026 Board of
Education Budget:
Increase Out of District Tuition $700,000
TOTAL $700,000
B. Adoption of Educational Specifications for Partial Roof Replacement at Braeburn Elementary
School

Recommendation: THAT the Board of Education adopt the following Educational
Specifications
