Starting off we have the iconic Glasses tilt, when someone is reacting to something they cant believe or when they are about to get serious:

Next we have the cartoon fight cloud. You don’t know what’s going on exactly but a lot of combos are being thrown.

Jaw dropping and the tongue rolling out and shouting awooga, at the sight of a very beautiful woman. Usually companied wit heart eyes or eyes popping out.

Next up is when a character gets injured, they either see stars or have birds chirping around their head. Some cartoons like to personalize this a bit and have another character from the show be the birds instead. 

Last up, is an absolute classic. The angel and devil on the shoulder, and the angel and devil are usually personified versions of the character. Debating a moral quandary of what to do.
