Rapids and Waterfalls at Edenville Dam - Wixom Lake

This video was made at the request of viewers from my last Wixom video.

I drove down to the site of the former Edenville dam and captured drone footage of the site. What surprised me was the rapids that have formed at this particular location, given that most rivers in this part of the state are slow and gently sloped. What surprised me even more was to find a full blow set of waterfalls downstream of that. These waterfalls (unsure of their name, perhaps they aren’t named) are roughly 8 feet in height, which would make them easily the largest falls in the Lower Peninsula.
