Seattle's Best Doughnuts? The Flour Box - Brioche Doughnuts #shorts

This is a #shorts video of The Flour Box, which is a cute bakery and café located in the Hillman City neighborhood of South Seattle. This bakery serves up some of me and Kat’s favorite doughnuts in Seattle – handmade brioche filled doughnuts. Yum! The Flour Box also has cream cheese cinnamon rolls, fudge brownies, chocolate chunk cookies, as well as locally roasted coffee (hot chocolate and tea are also available).

This bakery was opened by Pamela Vuong in the Fall of 2020, but was a popular pop-up around Seattle for 2 years prior to opening its current permanent location in Hillman City. Shortly after opening, their brioche doughnuts got the best doughnut nod from The Seattle Times, and continues to receive a ton of 5-star reviews on Yelp. With all of these great reviews, it’s no surprise to see long lines of people waiting to get a box of these delicious doughnuts.

Flavors for these pillowy soft doughnuts change every couple of weeks. Previous flavors include Crème Brulee, Maple Bacon, Matcha Lemon Cheesecake, and Peppermint Cookies & Cream.
