Brian Lara breaking the World Record for the highest individual score in Test cricket, scoring 375 v England in 1994. This was the first time he broke the record. Matthew Hayden briefly held the record after scoring 380 v Zimbabwe in 2003 but Brian Lara regained the record scoring 400 a year later.
