My Top Tree to Plant in Every Yard in Florida: Moringa, The Vitamin Tree
If I could only choose one tree to plant in every yard in Florida, it would be Moringa, also called The Vitaman Tree or The Tree of Life. Moringa is one of the most nutritionally dense foods on the planet and if everyone in Florida grew and truly utilized this one plant it could change our food system! Moringa can be eaten fresh daily soups, salads, smoothies and direct niblings from the tree. It can also be dried into your very own mult-vitamin that you can easily travel with.
Moringa is a powerful plant that has been a wonderful friend in my life.
