FULL DAY OF HALF IRONMAN TRAINING – triathlon + working full-time

In this video, follow Jenna through an honest day in the life as a top female age-group triathlete and the full-time photo and video manager for the food+grocery delivery company Hungryroot. Even with an 8-hour work day on her feet, she manages to get in three quality training sessions: a morning bike trainer ride, a 60-minute run, and a TRX/mat lift at home. Ironman 70.3 Florida in Haines City is right around the corner, so the training is getting longer but the work never stops.
