Pope Francis Sends Hope-Filled Message to War-Torn Syria | EWTN News Nightly

Amid the military combat in Ukraine, Pope Francis sent a message to another war-torn country. He told the people of Syria, "You are not forgotten." The comments come as a Vatican group is hosting meetings on the situation in Syria. The country's civil war is entering its 12th year. The violence has left half a million people dead and resulted in more than 6 million refugees.
