This 7 minute gentle yoga practice is designed to support hip and knee alignment, especially when the femur bone tends to rest in internal or external rotation.
This practice is ideal if you:
Sit or stand for long hours
Feel stiffness in the hips or knees
Experience knee discomfort linked to hip tension
Want gentle, therapeutic movement without forcing
Through slow, controlled movements, we focus on:
Relaxing tight hip joints
Improving femur alignment within the hip socket
Supporting healthier knee tracking
Releasing tension in the glutes and inner thighs
All movements are done with awareness and respect for your limits.
Nothing is forced. Consistency over intensity.
This practice is beginner friendly and senior friendly, and works well as a daily joint care routine.
