Advocates highlight pollution, push for clean truck program

The Advanced Clean Trucks, or ACT, standard mandates that manufacturers steadily increase the sale of zero-emission trucks. The rule took effect in January, but the trucking industry is lobbying for a bill in Trenton that would pause implementation for two years.
