Mrs. Weasley's Chocolate Eggs filled with Toffee : Easter : Fillable Chocolate Eggs : Harry Potter

Today I am going to show you how to make Molly Weasley’s Chocolate Easter Eggs filled with Toffee, inspired by the package Mrs. Weasley sends with Percy’s Letter in Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire. This is only in the books, but it is a fun edible breakable chocolate egg filled with yummy homemade toffee.

To make the Toffee and Eggs you will need:
-9x13" Cookie Sheet
-1 cup Salted Butter
-1 cup of Packed Brown Sugar
-Assorted Nuts optional
-Semi Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips optional
-Chocolate Melts
-Plastic Easter Eggs (I got mine at Dollar Tree)
- Toffee Directions: Line a 9x13” cookie sheet with foil or Parchment paper. Melt 1 cup salted butter and 1 cup packed brown sugar over medium heat and then boil for 3-4 minutes. Pour mixture onto cookie sheet and then place in a 400* oven for 4 minutes. Take out of oven and put chocolate chips on top. If it doesn't melt, stick in the oven for just a minute until you can spread it. Sprinkle with fine sea salt and sliced and crushed nuts. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes or fridge for 1 hour; and then after an hour or so take it out and peel the foil off and break it, Enjoy!
