Introducing - The Portmore Informatics Park by The Port Authority of Jamaica

On Thursday, May 5, 2022, Team #PortAuthorityJa was pleased to host Prime Minister Andrew Holness and other distinguished guests, for the official opening ceremony for the Portmore Informatics Park!

Its development has delivered 157,000 sq. ft. of new space, increasing The Port Authority of Jamaica's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) space by 300% in this park and our overall BPO space capacity by 33% in our Special Economic Zones (SEZs).

It marks another significant contribution by The PAJ in supporting Jamaica's economic development through BPOs, a sector that has been prioritized in the Government of Jamaica’s strategic Vision 2030 plans as one of the primary sectors that can generate economic growth!
