The Brno International Engineering Trade Fair is the most important industrial trade fair in central and eastern Europe. This 59th year of the trade fair took place along with other specialised trade fairs and hundreds of accompanying events.
For a week Brno became the largest shop window for the future of the industry and a unique place for engineers to meeting from around the whole world.
More than 1600 companies from 32 countries of the world participated at this year’s trade fair. This included the trend-setters in the industry – world-class companies, recognised experts, representatives of industry and the political elite.
The company Carl Zeiss and its Industrial Metrology division is not only a traditional exhibitor at the International Engineering Trade Fair in Brno, but also a leader in its field.
The company’s distinctive stand in pavilion F attracted experts and representatives of the industry as well as the wider public.
