Toyota Carina E Diesel

An old car i recently bought, it came near the time for its next MOT and the previous owner just bought a new car.
This car has 217,000 miles and its thought it was clocked back at some time in the past so possibly even more, the engine runs good when it gets started, the battery was flat so i just started it on a hill, it puts out a bit of black smoke when revved hard for the first time but thats it, no white or blue smoke, or odd noises from the engine
There is some problems with it before i think it could be put through the MOT and sold
- the handbrake does not work at all
- there is a rust hole in the rear wheel arch
- the windscreen is delaminating
- the gearbox needs changed, at the moment it needs to be wrestled to get it into gear
- the interior heater doesnt work
- the key is stuck in the ignition barrel
- the seats and carpet are filthy
- the bodywork isnt great but not really a major issue with a car of this age.

I have two spares carinas available, both non turbo diesel, this is a turbo diesel i hope that the gearboxes are the same between the two engines, any other parts should swap over without a problem, ie better condition seats or door panels.
