Motor Grader Grading With A Lot Of Material On The Railroad -Skilled Operator

Here we had a lot of material to fill because this part of the track wasn't ready for the grader so we didn't make a lot of progress but we still got the job done.

We were grading different here the hights of the gravel aren't correct because they only used wooden sticks and those wooden sticks are right there where the grader drives(and other vehicles). So this method isn't the one we use so everything behind the grader isn't the right hight when the roller comes. Don't know why did they want us to do this way. Also, they were it a big rush we usually don't even operate in winter.
