Jiva Yoga Academy is a unqiue Yoga Alliance Accredited school based in the spiritual epi-centre of Rishikesh, India, that offers a variety of courses based on Hatha and Ashtanga practices. We offer 200 Hour Teacher Training Courses (TTC) in Hatha and Ashtanga, a 200 Hour TTC in Mutiple Yoga and 14 & 28 Day Yoga Retreats.

Our courses are created for individuals with aspirations of becoming yoga teachers but are also appropriate for any individual wishing to further expand their yoga practice. Our teachers are highly experienced, dedicated and kind yogis with years of self-practice and teaching of students throughout the world. They are living proof that Yoga is the journey to the True Self, and is a powerful tool that unites the mind, body and soul in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation and promotes health & wellbeing. With a traditional yet highly engaging curriculum covering all facets of the yoga  practice (including Pranayama, Meditation, Anatomy, Philosophy, Shatkarmas etc), you will be empowered with all necassary knowledge to not only teach your own classes, but broaden and maintain your own practice.
