Every Move You Make…

The plaintiff says she met the defendant when she dated his friend, but she eventually began seeing the defendant instead. She claims she would catch him on camera lying about going to work, and she’s suing him for breach of contract. The defendant says his ex monitored every move he made, even though she was always talking to other men. He’s countersuing for emotional distress.
