Over the past few years I have been on YouTube, fairly regularly a viewer will ask me how she can go about getting herself back after letting herself go. I never really knew how to answer this question until it happened to me. A few months ago, things came together in my life in such a way that I stopped caring about myself and really stopped doing much in the way of my beauty routine. In this video I show you how I got myself back.
