Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, has changed a lot in recent years. Some parts have changed because of the tourism boom, while others became victims of great architectural plans of two powerful individuals - Mikheil Saakashvili (Bridge of Peace, Rike Park Concert Hall) and Bidzina Ivanishvili (Project Panorama). Today new and modern buildings dominate Tbilisi but not everybody is happy.
