She thinks of it, speaks of it, and overall longs to be there, Tennessee Williams the author of the play also had an infatuation with New Orleans, he deeply Loved New Orleans, and I feel this play, this particular character “Alva” was a love letter to New Orleans and to anyone who has ever and will eventually fall under New Orleans Enchanting spell.⚜️
