Arvind Kejriwal And M. K. Stalin Collaboration; Launched 'Pudhumai Penn' Education Plan | Politics

On September 5, Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi, joined M.K. Stalin, the chief minister of Tamil Nadu, in launching the Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Higher Education Assurance plan, known as "Pudhumai Penn," at a ceremony in Chennai. Mr. Kejriwal also presented 26 schools of excellence and 15 model schools created by the Tamil Nadu government in imitation of the model by his AAP administration in Delhi during the ceremony held at Bharathi Women's College in Chennai on Teachers' Day. "Pudhumai Penn," according to Mr. Kejriwal, is a "revolutionary program" that will "prove ground-breaking and revolutionary in the ages to come."
