How to make Fresh Ahi Tuna Poke!

Today we're bringing you something a little fishy.....but in a good way. Our Ahi Tuna Poke recipe blends fresh summer flavors that are guaranteed to satisfy! Serve it as an hor d'oeuvre, appetizer or main course. Give it a try and let us know what you think! :D

FULL RECIPE

Ingredients

- Fresh Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna
- Assorted Bell Peppers (Diced)
- Cucumber (Diced)
- Chives (Diced)
- Cilantro
- Furikake
- Avocado (diced or sliced)
- Salt

Optional Toppings
- Fish Eggs
- Pickled Seaweed
- Enoki Mushrooms
- Pickled Ginger
- Wonton Crisps

Dressing Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1-2 teaspoonsChili Garlic Sauce
- 2-3 TablespoonsRice Wine Vinegar
- 2-3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Canola Oil

Directions

1. Prep all your ingredients, so get to dicing!

2. Medium dice the Ahi and place in a medium mixing bowl.

3. Add the cucumber, bell peppers, chives, cilantro, furikake and salt. Lightly mix to incorporate

4. Prepare the dressing. Now we've provided amounts above but here is where you can trust your tastes. If you want it spicier, add more chili sauce. More acidic, add lemon or vinegar. Trust your taste buds and make sure to give the dressing a try before mixing into the Poke.

5. Once satisfied with your dressing, mix a little bit at a time into the Poke. Taste the Poke, if it needs more dressing add some!

6. Top with finishing salt and diced avocado and mix one last time

7. OPTIONAL: Plate and top with the fish eggs, picked seaweed, picked ginger and Enoki Mushrooms

7. Serve it up by itself as an appetizer or plate on top of rice for a main course!
